The Donington International Scooter Classic, as it was known, went ahead in June 1985.

This is a photo of Dream Factory drummer Steve Quilton with a girl from the Polesworth area whose name I've forgotten on stage at the sound check on the morning of our infamous show at the Donington race circuit where we played in front of an enormous crowd totalling 35,000+.
